Synosure Tech built Stud Finder as an ad-supported utility app.

Information We Collect
Stud Finder does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, phone number, address, or contacts.
The app uses your device's magnetic field sensor (magnetometer) to provide stud and magnetic-object detection features. Sensor readings are processed on your device for the operation of the app.
Stud Finder does not upload your magnetic sensor readings to our servers.
Advertising
Stud Finder uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process certain information, such as:
